Vikas has consulted for and worked with global customers in the US, UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions. He brings strong industry expertise across Manufacturing and Technology sectors and rich experience in incubating and setting up units for growth.

An alumnus of IIM Bangalore, Vikas has worked in senior management roles with global corporations including Larsen & Toubro, McCann Erickson, Cap Gemini, EMC and British Telecom.

Vikas is passionate about working with Start-ups. He helps entrepreneurs in setting up businesses, getting the fundamentals in place, mentoring them to face operational rigors & scale newer heights.
